Two years on, she went on to become editor-in-chief and manage the production of mx's second print edition. Rachel now oversees the volunteer programme for mx and is passionate about bringing in new members to benefit from mx's positive community in the same way that she has.

maisie palmer
Maisie (she/her) is a co-founder of Mxogyny and the non-executive board member for Strategy & Partnerships. Maisie uses her cross-sector expertise to develop a strategy for Mxogyny that can grow with the company as it evolves. She also supports Mxogyny to build relationships with funders, businesses and individuals who share our values and support our mission. Maisie has been with Mxogyny from the very beginning, setting it up after seeing a clear need for a new platform that created opportunities for those who experience the arts as elitist and inaccessible. Alongside this role, she works full-time as a consultant at The Social Change Agency.
