Dipped’ by Alethia Lunares.

i struggle to find harmony

in everyday living when

living is survival and

breathing is a rarity,

a luxury.

how do i detach from my

anxieties or is it society

that does not let me

be in control

of my life?

how can i be?

i am imprisoned in my mind

in my home and

in my heart as i

struggle to see a

way out

or should i

be searching for

a way in?

into what is pure

and brings meaning to

my life,

my Self.

and the focus on my intentions

as my potential

becomes clear,

i will no longer feel trapped

in a state of mind but

be alive in the power that

i am.
